The destination
Germany is the market.
The route is not one system.
In 2025 Germany imported 201,094 kg of medical cannabis flower, most of it shipped from Canada and Portugal. The work is making one farm’s batch story legible in every jurisdiction between the field and the pharmacy.

Services
What Cannventure delivers
Every engagement ends in something you can hold: a report, a batch file, a qualified shipment. Each service names the deliverable and the standard behind it.

Readiness review
A gap report comparing your current farm record with the target processor’s intake standard.
BasisBuilt to the EU-GMP processor that will receive the batch, not a generic GACP checklist.

Batch file design
Batch records that produce processor-ready and importer-ready files from your first qualified batch.
BasisFormats aligned to Annex 16 QP release and the § 4 MedCanG trader file.

Route mapping
The six-step licensed route, sequenced and owned, before the first batch is promised.
BasisThe § 72 AMG import licence and Annex 16 release, named at the steps they govern.

First-batch qualification
Sample submission, processor coordination, and the first batch run through to QP release.
BasisThe batch that proves the route works, rather than a projection of one.

Supply management
Per-batch review, a document pack for every shipment, processor liaison, and a volume plan.
BasisOne operating record the processor, importer, and farm all read.

Intelligence
Origin-rule and German-rule tracking, plus a read on German price compression.
BasisSet against BfArM import data and Bloomwell’s Cannabis Barometer.
Every line above is coordination. Cannventure takes no title, holds no inventory, and holds no licence. The processor, importer, wholesaler, and pharmacy remain the legal holders at each step.

Where Cannventure works
The path to a German pharmacy runs through licensed hands. These five briefs describe the work Cannventure runs alongside the licence holders.

Processor intake starts before the first sample.
Cannventure audits the farm against the intake standard of the EU-GMP processor that will actually receive the batch.
A GACP certificate opens the conversation. The processor’s file review decides whether a batch moves.
The route is farm, processor, importer, pharmacy.
Origin market to Germany runs through a licensed chain, with EU-GMP processing and QP release in the middle.
Six steps, each with a legal owner. Cannventure sequences them before the first batch is promised.
Each shipment runs on the same operating file.
Batch review, shipment documents, and processor liaison stay aligned after launch.
The second batch, shipped without the launch attention, is where routes quietly drift. Supply management exists for that batch.
Intake standards differ by processor.
Method acceptance, file format, and sample expectations change by site and by product.
There is no processor template. Preparation targets the site that will receive the batch.
Origin markets and Germany move on different clocks.
Cannventure tracks origin-market rule changes, German rule changes, and German price pressure together.
Germany imported 201,094 kg in 2025, as first published by BfArM, while the average price Bloomwell tracks fell by more than a third.

Readiness
Processor intake starts before the first sample.
Cannventure audits the farm against the intake standard of the EU-GMP processor that will actually receive the batch.
Readiness file
GACP status opens the export file. Processor intake decides whether the route can move. Cannventure prepares the farm for that higher gate, and can prepare selected sites for future on-site EU-GMP readiness without claiming or granting certification.

Market Entry
The route is farm, processor, importer, pharmacy.
Origin market to Germany runs through a licensed chain, with EU-GMP processing and QP release in the middle.
Market path
The route is cultivation, post-harvest, EU-GMP processing, licensed import, GDP wholesale, and pharmacy. Cannventure works across readiness, first-batch qualification, and shipment coordination without taking title or holding licences.

Supply Management
Each shipment runs on the same operating file.
Batch review, shipment documents, and processor liaison stay aligned after launch.
Supply run
Readiness builds the file. Supply management keeps it current on every shipment. The route holds when the processor, the importer, and the farm are still reading the same operating record.

Processor Fit
Intake standards differ by processor.
Method acceptance, file format, and sample expectations change by site and by product.
Processor fit
There is no single processor template. Intake varies by processor, by product form, and by the downstream German file. Cannventure prepares the farm to the processor that will actually receive the batch.

Intelligence file
Germany imported 201,094 kg in 2025, as first published by BfArM and since revised upward. The average price Bloomwell’s Cannabis Barometer tracks fell from EUR 8.33/g to EUR 5.23/g across the year. The import estimate Germany files with the INCB was raised to 192.5 t in October 2025, and the year still closed above it.
